How do I start a rental?

To rent a tool, select a tool on our website, choose your rental period and start date, and then proceed to checkout. it’s that easy!

Can I cancel or extend my rental?

Yes, you can cancel your rental up to 24 hours before the start date. if you need more time, contact us to extend the rental on a weekly or monthly basis.

When will i be charged?

Your payment method will be charged the security deposit once you place your order. Rental fees are charged when your items have been shipped.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount will be specified on the rental page.

How does return shipping work?

When your rental is up, pack the tool and send it back using the prepaid shipping label provided. Be sure to ship within 48 hours of the rental end date.

What if a tool breaks or is damaged?

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the tools. Repair costs or damage fees may be deducted from your deposit.

Rental Process & Tools

Do the tools come with batteries and chargers?

Yes, all rental orders come with one battery and one charger unless it specifies that it does not. If two tools are rented under the same order, only one battery & charger will be provided.

Can I rent multiple tools at once?

Absolutely. You can bundle individual tools or choose one of our combo sets for convenience.

Are the tools new?

Our tools are gently used, well-maintained, and inspected after every rental to ensure top performance

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

We offer both local pickup and delivery in Miami. Shipping is also available nationwide.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Transit times depend on your location, but typically ranges from 2-5 days.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No, a prepaid return label is included with your rental.

Payments & Deposits

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

When do I get my deposit back?

Deposits are refunded within 3-5 business days after the tool is returned and inspected.

Care & Responsibility

Do I need to clean the tools before returning them?

some dirt/wear & tear is expected, but tools should return in similar functioning condition as received. Excessive dirt or debris may result in cleaning fees.

What if a tool stops working during my rental?

Our tools are inspected before departure, so we ensure that you receive working tools. If  there is an issue with your rental we may arrange a replacement. please contact support.

Do you offer long term rentals?

Yes, Rentals can be extended weekly or monthly at discounted rates.

Can I buy the tool after renting it?

We do not offer purchase options for items being rented out, but we do offer open box options. see our catalogue to purchase open box tools.
